I highly recommend this place as it is easy and convenient to access your storage unit with two garage doors, in front and behind the building, through security gates with a code. There are security cameras everywhere so I felt good about leaving my belongings there.
The entire experience is efficient, clean, and very secure; and the staff are responsive and friendly. The location in Manchester is easily accessible by both Blackfoot and McLeod Trail, and offers a convenient option for storing all range of items, with a wide variety of lockers and mailboxes. No! Unlike corporate chains, we don’t force you to buy insurance. You can use your own homeowner’s or renter’s insurance, or purchase from a recommended provider, if you prefer.
Absolutely not. No admin fees, no access fees, no "processing" charges. Just your monthly rent and an optional late fee if you don't pay on time. Other services may result in charges.
Access hours are 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM daily at both locations. We're here to help during office hours, but your personalized access code works 365 days a year.
Yes, 1 month. After that all our rentals are month-to-month. We just ask for 1 month notice before you move out. No long-term contracts required.
